Nicole Langenbach is on a mission to actively contribute in achieving the goals of her clients’ and their businesses. Working as a consultant in recent years for SMB and large corporations, a passion for supporting small business was born.    

Nicole has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, business operations and financial reporting across multiple industries. She possesses a passion for building strong business foundations and implementing process efficiencies that contribute to the achievement of management objectives.  

A graduate of St. Edward’s University, with a BBA in Accounting and an MBA, Nicole has always appreciated the intimacy and collaboration of smaller atmospheres. This preference was further strengthened throughout her career as her entrepreneurial spirit came to life while working with high tech startups. The satisfaction of making tangible contributions where resources are limited is most rewarding. 

Nicole lives in Salado, with her daughter, horses and dogs. She enjoys time with her family and friends, horseback riding, and traveling. 

Consulting 

Janet Marty joins the team as the Quickbooks Consultant. She is excited to provide her many years of expertise (crazy-level organizational skills) and personalized support (bookkeeping so you don’t have to) for your small business.  

Janet has over 20 years' experience supporting business of all sizes, from first-year startups to Fortune 500s. In the last decade she’s worked as an executive assistant for CEO and CMO’s in intelligent RPA and cybersecurity. Janet’s experience is in marketing & sales, purchasing, event coordination, and customer relations in the technology industry.  She also spent several years in the medical field providing grass-roots marketing and sales.  

Janet is a graduate of The University of Texas, Austin with a BS in Advertising.  She lives outside of Austin with her husband and many animals. She enjoys competing in canine agility and equine competitive trial.  As an active foster home with Houston Collie Rescue, Janet always has an extra dog in need who is looking for its forever family. 

QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Bookkeeper, & Payroll Advisor  

Vanessa Jones joins the team as your QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor with over 15 years of experience in the finance industry including bookkeeping and accounting.  She’s great at attention to detail, which comes in handy when it comes to reviewing the books for your small business.  

Vanessa is a third generation Austinite.  She’s proud to be an Army veteran with over 10 years of service, enlisting when she was only 17.  Even though Vanessa had traveled all over the world during her time in service, she decided to come back to her hometown to raise her 2 children and pets.  

After her military service, Vanessa has worked with many different organizations including the Veterans Affairs Department, a hospice company, and a leading animal non-profit organization. She loves to help people and furry friends!
